Information about the site
1.1. The portal for access to e-government services www.roepas.ro is the presentation website of the National Electronic System (SEN) and the Single Digital Gateway (SDG), whose operator is the Authority for the Digitalization of Romania (ADR) according to Government Decision no. 89/2020 regarding the organization and functioning of the Authority for the Digitalization of Romania, and Law no. 161 of April 19, 2003 regarding certain measures to ensure transparency in the exercise of public dignities, public functions and in the business environment, prevention and sanctioning of corruption.
The Authority for the Digitalization of Romania does not guarantee the content of published information. The Competent Authorities will ensure the accuracy and updating of all information made available to users.
1.2. www.roepas.ro is a portal whose informative content is made available by the Competent Authorities. Therefore, ADR, as the operator of this portal, assumes no responsibility regarding the correctness and accuracy of the posted information and materials. These have an informative role and are public information, partially or completely available on the websites of other institutions specific to the described area.
ADR only guarantees the content of materials and information published by itself.
Portal users have the right to view information on their computer screen, print parts of the content and save pages in electronic format only for personal, non-commercial purposes.
ADR cannot be held liable to any person/entity for any damages of any nature that would result directly/indirectly, incidentally/punitively, from the use of the portal or as a result of any omission/error from the point of view of its content, or damages resulting from access or inability to access the portal. Considering the above, we mention that making decisions based on information from this portal is at the user's own risk and the responsibility lies entirely with them.
ADR as well as the Competent Authorities reserve the right to modify any material and/or information available through the portal without prior notice.
Use of the portal after modifications to the terms and conditions constitutes acceptance by the user of the modified terms and conditions.
Attention! This portal contains links to other websites and portals belonging to public entities. When you access these sites or portals, you are implicitly outside the portal operated by ADR and you have the obligation to comply with their terms and conditions of use. Also, we cannot in any way guarantee the standards of the sites for which we provide links in our portal and we cannot be in any way responsible for the content of sites that do not belong to us.
Intellectual property
2.1. The content and design, including its look & feel and the databases accessible through it, are the property of ADR and are protected by Romanian legislation in force regarding copyright and related rights.
2.2. The content on www.roepas.ro may only be used for your personal use, and the actions described below are not permitted without obtaining prior written permission from ADR:
a. removal of marks identifying ADR's copyright over the content;
b. modification, publication, transmission, retransmission in any way or form, as well as participation in the transfer, sale, distribution of materials made through reproduction, modification or display of content, without obtaining prior written permission from us;
c. reproduction or storage of the content of the www.roepas.ro portal as well as sending this content to any other website, server or any other means of information storage, if the purpose of this activity is commercial.

ADR disclaims any liability regarding the unavailability of the portal due to causes beyond its control, and assumes the obligation to make all necessary efforts to remedy such situations in conditions of promptness and impartiality.
Access suspension
ADR may suspend, block or restrict your access to the site content or part of it, without any other notification or formality and without this requiring an explanation of its attitude.
Site changes
ADR reserves the right to suspend, modify, add or delete portions of its content at any time.
General information
The www.roepas.ro portal respects your privacy and the personal data used to access this site.
Information collection – www.pdu.ro collects information from its users in the following ways:
- directly from the user;
- from traffic reports recorded by the servers hosting our sites;
- through cookies;
- other personal information.
Information from the server traffic report: when you visit a website within the portal, certain information about you will be recorded such as: the IP address of your location, the time of the visit, the place from which you accessed the www.roepas.ro site, recording this information for a determined period of time.
Traffic analysis is performed using external services such as those provided by Google Analytics. www.roepas.ro uses this data only for the purpose of communicating anonymous standardized patterns of users to our advertising clients. We do not use traffic data to identify people behind IP addresses.
