​The purpose of the social service "Integrated Services Center for Elderly Persons – Home Care Unit" is to provide social services to elderly persons from Dorohoi Municipality, whose needs can be addressed through the activities carried out/offered services, in order to overcome difficult situations, prevent and combat the risk of social exclusion, promote social inclusion, and improve quality of life.
