Doctors who carry out their activity in a contractual relationship with the county health insurance houses or the Bucharest municipality, directly or through medical service providers, may continue their activity, after reaching the age of 70, upon request, with an annual approval issued by the county public health directorate or the Bucharest municipality and by CMR, through the county medical colleges or the Bucharest municipality, based on the health certificate.
