The decision to recognize or not recognize may be appealed within 3 (three) days from notification, through a motivated request submitted to the Secretariat of the Rectorate of the University. Appeals are resolved within 90 days from registration by the University Senate. Subsequently, the final decision of the university may be challenged in court.
