The social benefits remaining uncollected by the deceased person with disabilities, representing the allowance and/or complementary personal budget for the month in which the death occurred, and where applicable, the social benefits due and unpaid until death, are paid to the surviving spouse, children, parents or, in their absence, to the other heirs, under the conditions of common law, upon their request. The amounts stipulated above may be requested at AJPIS Bihor by the heir within the general limitation period, based on the document certifying heir status, and in case there are several heirs, a declaration on their own responsibility that the other heirs do not request these amounts.
