The registration in the trade register of PFA, II, and IF is carried out based on the motivated resolution of the director of the trade register office next to the court or the person designated by Decision of the general director of ONRC. An appeal against the resolution of the director of the trade register office next to the court or the designated person may be filed within 15 days from the pronouncement or the communication, as the case may be. The appeal is filed at the court whose territorial jurisdiction covers the applicant’s professional headquarters and is judged in accordance with common law.
