This procedure is addressed to the members of the College of Dental Physicians ARAD
The current professional certificate is the document that includes relevant personal data regarding honorability and morality, including the competence with which dental physicians practice their profession.
The current professional certificate is issued, upon request, by the College of Dental Physicians of Romania, through territorial colleges, for the purpose of guaranteeing the quality of the services provided and the safety of the patients related to them, based on the provisions of art. 512 para. (1) letter d) of Law no. 95/2006 regarding health care reform, republished, with subsequent amendments and completions, art. 1 of the methodological norms approved by H.G. no. 1464/2006 regarding the drafting, issuance, and use of proof of honorability and professional morality of doctors, dentists, and pharmacists, as well as the Decision of the National Council of CMSR no. 16/2CN/2019 regarding the drafting and issuing the current professional certificate. Validity period: 3 months from the date of issuance
The issuance fee is 500 lei according to the decision of the Council of the College of Dental Physicians Arad
The fee can be paid to account RO52BREL0002001287470100 opened at LIBRA INTERNET BANK ARAD
