For extending the validity of the building permit, a standard request form (according to Form - model F.12 - REQUEST for extending the validity of the building permit) must be filled out and submitted to the issuer, accompanied by the original issued building permit. The request for extending the validity of the building permit must be submitted 15 days before its validity expiration date.
