Notes: 1. According to the provisions of art. 6 para. (1) and (4) of the Law, the urban planning certificate is an informational document regarding the legal, economic, and technical status of the property, as well as the specific urban requirements for the location, determined in accordance with the provisions of the approved and endorsed urban planning documentation, a document that is issued, upon request, to any applicant - individual or legal entity. 2. According to the Law, the urban planning certificate is not a substitute for a building/demolition permit and does not confer the right to carry out construction works.
