The Ministry of Youth and Sports, hereinafter referred to as MTS, through the county directorates for sport and youth / the Directorate for Sport and Youth of the Municipality of Bucharest, hereinafter referred to as DJST/DSTMB, organizes camps for children, youth, students with disabilities, together with personal assistants/professional personal assistants, hereinafter referred to as beneficiaries, during the summer vacation. Persons with disabilities are those who, due to physical, mental, or sensory impairments, lack the abilities to normally carry out daily activities, requiring protective measures to support their recovery, integration, and social inclusion. The degrees of disability are: mild (IV), moderate (III), accentuated (II), and severe (I). Camps are granted for degrees I, II, and III and for personal assistants/professional personal assistants, under the conditions of the law.
