For the regulation of vehicles with a weight over 15 t, in Magiresti commune, in 2013 was approved Local Council Decision no. 46 from 27.09.2013 for certain road sections, for which the circulation of vehicles with a maximum weight over 15 tons is prohibited.

Currently, the need for the movement of vehicles with a maximum weight over 15 tons, on road sectors where there are weight restrictions, requires the establishment of fees for issuing special access permits.

Intervention vehicles (gendarmerie, firefighters, ambulance, ISU) and those belonging to companies providing community services for the Magiresti commune Town Hall (sanitation, public passenger transport) will circulate without any restrictions within the commune territory.
