ROEID

Any person, citizen of a member state, has the right to seek a job in another member state and benefits, from the county employment agencies, from the same services as the citizens of the host member state.

According to the Court of Justice of the European Union, a job seeker can remain in the territory of the host member state for a sufficient period that allows him to evaluate the available job offers and to take the necessary steps to be employed. At the end of this period, he cannot be expelled if he can prove that he is still looking for a job and has real chances of being employed.

The EURES network consists of over 1000 advisers, the EURES portal containing job advertisements and practical advice. Through this portal you can obtain information regarding finding a job and regarding settling in another member state of the European Union.

In Romania there are a number of sites through which you can search for jobs, for example Vacant Positions in the Public Administration of Romania, a single portal of information regarding vacant positions within the authorities and public institutions in Romania.

For online application to job opportunities published on various sites, it is recommended to use the CV filled in Europass format.
