Registration certificate and certificate of attestation from the trade register or the document based on which the activity is carried out, in copy, in the case of the beneficiary legal entity*

In case of representation, the notarial power of attorney, respectively the delegation, the decision of the general meeting of associates, the decision of the sole associate, the decision of the representative of the associative form, as the case may be, in original and copy, as well as a copy of the ID card for the authorized natural person or a copy of the passport for the authorized natural person with domicile abroad.*

Copy of the ownership document (for example: ownership title, sale-purchase contract, donation contract) or another valid land holding document (for example: concession contract, lease, rental, superficies, etc.) with notarial authentication (except for requests for works provided in art.7, paragraph 14 of Law 50/1991 regarding the authorization of construction works, republished)*

Copy of the urban planning certificate (valid), accompanied by the zoning plan and the site plan*

Technical documentation prepared by a certified and authorized person in land improvement works, with the technical solution regarding the protection of land improvement works, where the situation requires it.*

The land registry excerpt for information accompanied by the cadastral plan excerpt, issued by the office of cadastre and real estate publicity no more than 30 days before the date of submission of the documentation, as applicable.*
