The procedure mentions the process of relating with the public, information.Interested persons submit in writing proposals, suggestions, opinions with a recommendatory value regarding the draft normative act subject to the decision-making transparency procedure, specifying the article or articles from the draft normative act to which they refer, mentioning the date of submission and the contact details of the sender. For this purpose, interested persons may use the template provided in Annex no. 6 of Government Decision no. 831/2022 for the approval of the Methodological Norms for the application of Law no. 52/2003 on decision-making transparency in public administration and in this procedure.
