CERTIFICATION OF COMPLIANCE with hygiene and public health standards is the administrative procedure by which the evaluation of compliance with legal regulations regarding public health is carried out for operational facilities conducting activities that pose a risk to public health.

The notification of certification of compliance can be issued in an expedited manner - 5 working days from the submission of the file, by paying an emergency fee of 150 lei.
