The agricultural register constitutes the official document of unified primary records, in which data is entered regarding population households and agricultural companies/associations, as well as any other natural and/or legal persons who own/use land and/or animals, namely:

a) the head of the household and its members, as applicable; the legal representative of the agricultural company/association or of the legal person who owns/uses land;

b) the lands they own or use, by categories of use and by land destination, intravilan/extravilan, areas cultivated with main crops and number of trees, by species;

c) the livestock, by species and categories, existing at the beginning of each year; the annual evolution of the numbers of cattle, pigs, sheep, goats, horses, donkeys, mules, domestic rabbits, fur animals, birds, bee families, as well as other domestic or wild animals raised in captivity, under the law, which are subject to registration in the agricultural register;

d) buildings existing at the beginning of the year within the locality;

e) means of transport with animal traction;

f) means of transport with mechanical traction, namely: tractors, vehicles for transporting goods, machinery and equipment for agriculture and forestry;

g) any other equipment, machinery, and installations/units for agriculture and forestry.
