I. Historical report
Information about all entries made in the trade register for a company, presented in chronological order and updated with the current situation.
Fee according to Order MJ no. 380/C/2024: 250 lei/company - details
It is issued within a maximum of 30 days from the date of application registration, depending on the complexity of the work.
The form must be completed – check item 4.2. only one box
Ways to access information
- e-mail: onrc@onrc.ro (payment by payment order or at the counter)
- fax no. +40213160829 (payment by payment order or at the counter)
- by post (payment by payment order; an additional auxiliary fee of 7.68 lei is charged)
- at the counter – ONRC and the trade register offices attached to the courts
II. Information from the trade register grouped according to a criterion
Series of companies grouped according to a criterion. Information will be provided regarding company identification data: name, registration number in the trade register, unique registration code, registered office, company status, and the information used as the selection criterion.
Fee according to Order MJ no. 380/C/2024: 9 lei/company - details.
Fees are reduced depending on the number of companies about which information is requested:
- between 101 and 1,000 companies: 30% reduction;
- between 1,001 and 10,000 companies: 60% reduction;
- over 10,000 companies: 80% reduction.
The form must be completed, check item 4.3. according to the purpose for which it is requested.
