The membership certificate is granted to pharmacists who, by making an express request in this regard, meet the following conditions: hold an official qualification in pharmacy, are not found in any of the cases of unworthiness or incompatibility provided by law, are medically fit to practice the profession of pharmacist, have not interrupted the practice of the profession for more than 5 years or have obtained their bachelor's degree in the last 5 years, have paid the registration fee (the fee is paid to the account of the territorial college RO30BUCU1091215962444RON, ALPHA BANK, in the amount of 405 lei).
