Procedure regarding the recognition at Emanuel University of Oradea of academic teaching positions in higher education obtained from accredited foreign educational institutions*

This methodology establishes the manner in which the recognition of teaching positions obtained at accredited higher education institutions abroad is carried out within Emanuel University of Oradea.
The provisions of this methodology apply to Romanian citizens, citizens of the member states of the European Union, the European Economic Area, the Swiss Confederation, and citizens of third countries who have obtained teaching positions in accredited higher education institutions in member states of the European Union, the European Economic Area, the Swiss Confederation, and in prestigious universities from other states included in the “List of Prestigious Universities from Other Countries,” approved by OMECTS no. 5825/2016 and periodically updated.

The decision of recognition or non-recognition may be appealed within 10 (ten) days from the communication, through a substantiated request submitted to the General Secretariat of the university. Appeals are resolved within 30 days from registration by the Appeals Resolution Commission appointed by the Rector’s decision. Subsequently, the university’s final decision may be challenged in the courts.
