Procedure regarding the automatic recognition of the quality of doctoral supervisor and habilitation obtained abroad*

This methodology establishes the way in which automatic recognition is carried out, within the Partium Christian University in Oradea, for the status of doctoral supervisor and/or habilitation obtained in accredited foreign higher education institutions.
The provisions of this methodology apply to Romanian citizens, citizens of member states of the European Union, the European Economic Area, the Swiss Confederation, and citizens from third countries, who have obtained the status of doctoral supervisor in accredited higher education institutions from member states of the European Union, the European Economic Area, the Swiss Confederation, and in prestigious universities from other countries included in the "List of prestigious universities from other countries," approved by OMECTS no. 5825/2016 and periodically updated.

The appeal is submitted to the University Rectorate within 2 working days after the communication of the decision. Subsequently, the decision may be contested in the courts.
