ENROLLMENT OF CHILD IN NURSERY - PERIOD 26.05.2025 - 13.06.2025*
Enrolling children in nurseries under the Creșa Oradea structure is done according to the specific instructions and calendar (26.05.2025 - 13.06.2025), communicated annually by the Ministry of Education, as well as the specific criteria established by the Board of Administration of the educational unit.
The enrollment procedure in early childhood pre-preschool education units is carried out according to the instructions, specific calendar, conditions and general criteria established annually by the Ministry of Education and is made public by posting at the nurseries’ headquarters and on the institution’s website.
The criteria for differentiating children at registration/admission will be those established by the Ministry of Education and the Board of Administration of Creșa Oradea in order to classify the files for the admission of children to the nursery.
Registrations are made at the CREȘA – ORADEA headquarters (str. Primăriei, no. 42, Public Relations and Initial Evaluation Service, during: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday – 7:30 – 16:30, Thursday – 7:30 – 18:30, Friday – 7:30 – 16:00) or ONLINE, with the mention that on the last day of submission, June 13, files will be received until 12:00, in order to be evaluated, because the display of results and the number of remaining available spots after this stage of registration will take place on June 13.
The nominal list with the score established for each child for whom an enrollment file was submitted to attend the nursery in the following school year, starting with September of the current year, will be posted on the Notice Board at CREȘA – ORADEA, published on the website daso-oradea.ro and on the website of the Oradea City Hall www.oradea.ro.
Children who do not meet the necessary score to be admitted to attend the nursery, within the available spots at the beginning of the school year, will remain on the waiting list. When a spot becomes available at the nursery during the school year, it will be filled by the next child on the waiting list.
The processing of personal data in the process of registration/transfer/removal from the records of children must be done in accordance with the provisions of Regulation no. 679/2016 regarding the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data (GDPR), for the purpose of fulfilling legal duties of protection and social assistance.
