The request for reimbursement of medicines is made by:​

• Military personnel in reserve/retired, military pensioner (art. 4 letter f) from M 110/2009);
• Military retiree due to disability caused by service-related accidents or illnesses contracted during and because of fulfilling military obligations, who subsequently opted for social security system pension (art. 4 letter h) from M 110/2009);
• Veteran, widow, war invalid, other categories of persons provided by special laws (art. 4 letter j) from M 110/2009),

Documents required for reimbursement file:​

• Reimbursement request
• Copy of identity document
• Copy of pension slip
• Copy of medical recommendation (CNAS prescription, simple prescription, medical letter, military prescription)
• Fiscal invoice issued by the pharmacy that released the medicines, in the name of the medical recommendation holder, in original;
• Fiscal receipt related to the fiscal invoice, in original
• IBAN code of the account in which the applicant requests the reimbursement amount to be transferred.
