Allows access and the conduct of sport fishing activities in border waters and in the territorial sea.

Allows access and the conduct of specific work activities on hydro-technical arrangements in frontier waters.

Allows access and the carrying out of archaeological excavations in the border area.

Allows access and storage in the areas established by the port captaincies or, as the case may be, by the local public administration authorities, of boats and vessels registered according to the law, located in border waters and internal maritime waters.

Allows access and the carrying out of leisure activities in border waters.

Allows access and the carrying out of land improvement and irrigation activities in the border area, up to a depth of 500 meters from the border line towards the interior.

Ensures the approval of activities carried out at airport border crossing points, other than those related to border control, which by their nature do not affect the conduct of specific control activities, public order, the environment, and traffic safety at airport state border crossing points.

Allows access and carrying out activities such as embankments, works or constructions on watercourses, works to ensure navigation conditions in the border area, within a depth of 500 meters from the border line towards the interior.

Allows access and carrying out construction and tourist, leisure or other activities in the border area, up to a depth of 500 meters from the border line towards the interior.

Allows access and the carrying out of industrial fishing activities in border waters and in the territorial sea.

Allows access and the activity of grazing animals during the day up to the state border protection strip, at the external border, or up to the border corridor, at the internal border, and at night, up to 500 meters from these, towards the interior.

Allows access and the conduct of sports activities in border waters.

It allows access and the carrying out of organized hunting activities for predatory animals, within a depth of 500 meters, during the day and only from the state border protection strip, at the external border, or from the border corridor, at the internal border, towards the interior.

Allows access and carrying out fishing for scientific purposes (which can be performed with any kind of gear, including those from the prohibited category, throughout the year, both during the day and at night).

Allows access and the conduct of oil, gas, and mineral water extraction activities in the border area, to a depth of 500 meters from the border line towards the interior.

Allows access and the carrying out of research or geological prospecting activities in the border area, up to a depth of 500 meters from the border line towards the interior.

Allows access and the conduct of mining activities in the border area, at a depth of 500 meters from the border line towards the interior.
