The transfer of a pharmacist to another territorial College*
The transfer note is issued by the college where the pharmacist is registered, based on a request. Before issuing the transfer note, the requesting pharmacist is obliged to pay in full the membership fee owed to the college they wish to leave. The transfer note will be handed over, with signature, to the applicant. In the pharmacists' register (https://portal.tm-c.eu/LstFarma/ColegFarm), the college to which the pharmacist has transferred will be noted. If a complaint has been filed against the pharmacist at the college from which they are transferring, or disciplinary investigation has been initiated, the complaint or disciplinary file will be forwarded to the college to which the pharmacist is transferring.

Procedure regarding registration in the College of Pharmacists of Alba County*
The membership certificate is granted to pharmacists who, by making an express request in this regard, meet the following conditions: they hold an official qualification in pharmacy, are not found in any of the cases of unworthiness or incompatibility provided by law, are medically fit to practice the profession of pharmacist, have not interrupted the practice of the profession for more than 5 years, or have obtained a bachelor's diploma in the last 5 years, have paid the registration fee (the fee is paid into the account of the territorial college RO56RNCB0003037778210001 in the amount of 208 lei for those who registered within 1 YEAR of graduation and 235 lei for the rest of the persons).

Resumption of CFR membership*
The reinstatement of membership is based on a request, which the applicant, the pharmacist, submits to the headquarters of the Territorial College, respectively the Bucharest Pharmacists' College, through which they request the reinstatement of membership starting from a certain date.

Cross-border
Request for Current Professional Certificate*
Regarding the Current Professional Certificate, we would like to make the following clarifications:
In accordance with the provisions of the Pharmacy Law no. 266/2008 as consolidated and published in the Official Gazette no. 448/30.06.2009, Part I, as well as the Implementation Norms published in the Official Gazette no. 538/03.07.2009, Part I, pharmacists who will hold the position of chief pharmacist in a pharmaceutical unit (in cases of establishment of new pharmaceutical units, as well as changes of chief pharmacist – for those who will take over the chief position), shall address the county colleges for obtaining the Current Professional Certificate.
This document is also necessary for pharmacists who wish to practice their profession outside the country's borders.
The methodology for preparing and issuing the Current Professional Certificate was established by the Decision of the National Council of the C.F.R. no. 1/2007, decision published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I no. 324 of 15.05.2007.
Below we present the main provisions of Decision no. 1/2007, as follows:
- The Current Professional Certificate will be prepared by the College of Pharmacists of Romania and issued by the territorial college where the applicant is registered;
- The validity of the Current Professional Certificate is 3 months from the date of issue;
- Within a maximum of three days from the receipt of the request for issuance of the Current Professional Certificate, the territorial college will send the standard application form for preparing and issuing the document to the College of Pharmacists of Romania;
- Within a maximum of 30 days from receiving the application, C.F.R. will prepare the certificate and send it to the territorial college;
- The Current Professional Certificate will be issued by the College of Pharmacists of Romania, which will prepare it and send it to the territorial college;
- The territorial college will prepare a Record Register – with the identification data of the Current Professional Certificates issued to pharmacists in the respective county – and will hand them over to applicants against signature of receipt.
The fee for issuing the Current Professional Certificate, in the amount of 100 lei, will be paid into the account of the territorial College RO56RNCB0003037778210001.
To obtain the Current Professional Certificate, the pharmacist will submit to the territorial college a file that will include the documents attached below.

Duplicate member certificate*
In order to proceed with the issuance of a duplicate Certificate of Membership of the College of Pharmacists of Romania, the applicant must submit the complete documentation to the headquarters of the College of Pharmacists Bucharest, in accordance with the provisions of Decision no. 4/2004 of the National Council of the College of Pharmacists of Romania, the documents presented below.

Suspension of CFR membership*
Suspension of membership occurs when the applicant, the pharmacist, for certain reasons wishes to interrupt their activity for a certain period of time and submits to the headquarters of the Territorial College, namely the Bucharest College of Pharmacists, a request by which they request the suspension of membership.
