Issuance of membership certificate of the Botosani College of Physicians*
- The certificate of membership of the Romanian College of Physicians is issued and delivered by the territorial college of the Romanian College of Physicians in whose district the applicant physician has, as the case may be, his/her domicile/residence or workplace/unit where he/she intends to practice.
- The certificate of membership of the Romanian College of Physicians is granted, upon request, to persons provided for in art. 376, para. (1) of Law no. 95/2006 regarding reform in the health sector, republished, with subsequent amendments and completions, who cumulatively meet the following conditions:
a) hold an official qualification in medicine, within the meaning of art. 377, para. (3) of Law no. 95/2006 regarding reform in the health sector, republished, with subsequent amendments and completions;
b) are not found in any of the cases of unworthiness or incompatibility provided by law;
c) are medically fit to practice as a physician;
d) have not interrupted the practice of the profession for more than 5 years or have obtained their bachelor's degree in the last 5 years.
