For starting the procedure of issuing the tax certificate, you must pay a fixed fee of 10 lei/certificate legal entity at the address: https://www.ghiseul.ro/ghiseul/public/taxe by selecting Botosani County/Local Taxes and Fees/Rauseni Institution/search tax Stamp tax for legal entity tax certificate

• The tax certificate will be published within three working days from the submission of the application (except for alienation, see details on the application form and if no clarifications on the file are needed).
• The conditions for issuing tax attestation certificates are those provided by Law no. 227/2015 regarding the Fiscal Code and Law no. 207/2015 regarding the Fiscal Procedure Code.
• Consequently, the applicant will obtain the tax attestation certificate only if they are up to date with the payment of obligations owed to the local budget. For this purpose, if you have not paid the minimum required amounts, you will receive a payment notification during the procedure, estimating the minimum amounts you need to pay to obtain a certificate without debts.
