This procedure is addressed to the members of the Botosani College of Dental Physicians
The current professional certificate is the document that contains relevant personal data regarding honorability and morality, including the competence with which dental physicians practice their profession.

The current professional certificate is issued, upon request, by the College of Dental Physicians of Romania, through the territorial colleges, for the purpose of guaranteeing the quality of the services provided and the safety of patients who are in relation with the physician, based on the provisions of art. 512 para. (1) letter d) of Law no. 95/2006 regarding health care reform, republished, with subsequent amendments and completions, art. 1 of the methodological norms approved by H.G. no. 1464/2006 regarding the preparation, issuing and use of evidence of honorability and professional morality of physicians, dentists, and pharmacists, as well as Decision of the National CMSR Council no. 16/2CN/2019 regarding the preparation and issuance of the current professional certificate. Validity period: 3 months from the date of issuance
