Bacau College of Dentists*

This procedure is addressed to the members of the Bacau College of Dental Physicians. The current professional certificate is the document that includes relevant personal information regarding honorability and morality, including the competence with which dental physicians exercise their profession.

The current professional certificate is issued, upon request, by the College of Dental Physicians of Romania, through the territorial colleges, in order to guarantee the quality of the services provided and the safety of the patients in relation to them, based on the provisions of art. 512 para. (1) letter d) of Law no. 95/2006 regarding the reform in the field of health, republished, with subsequent amendments and completions, of art. 1 of the methodological norms approved by Government Decision no. 1464/2006 regarding the preparation, issuance, and use of the proof of honorability and professional morality for doctors, dental doctors, and pharmacists, as well as the Decision of the National Council of CMSR no. 16/2CN/2019 regarding the preparation and issuance of the current professional certificate. Validity period of the professional certificate: 3 months from the date of issue
The issuance fee is 400 lei according to the decision of the Bacau College of Dental Physicians Council 107/20.06.2019. The fee can be paid to the account RO 82 RZBR 0000060005826192
