This procedure is addressed to the members of the Bihor College of Dental Physicians.

The current professional certificate is the document that contains relevant personal data regarding honorability and morality, including the competence with which dental physicians exercise their profession.

The current professional certificate is issued, upon request, by the College of Dental Physicians of Romania, through the territorial colleges, in order to guarantee the quality of the services provided and the safety of patients in relation to it, based on the provisions of art. 512 para. (1) letter d) from Law no. 95/2006 regarding health care reform, republished, with subsequent amendments and completions, of art. 1 from the methodological norms approved by Government Decision no. 1464/2006 regarding the preparation, issuance and use of evidence of professional honorability and morality of doctors, dental physicians, and pharmacists, as well as the Decision of the National Council of CMSR no. 16/2CN/2019 regarding the preparation and issuance of the current professional certificate. Validity period: 3 months from the date of issue
The issuance fee is 500 lei according to the decision of the Bihor College of Dental Physicians Council. The fee can be paid online into account RO29BTRL 0050 1205 7344 02XX.
