1. The lease/rental/loan for use contract is drawn up in 3 (three) original copies in legal form according to the new Civil Code.

2. All 3 (three) copies of the contract are registered at Pleșcuța Commune Town Hall.

3. 1 copy is submitted to the Pleșcuța Commune Town Hall, to be kept at the relevant department, accompanied by the ownership supporting documents:

- identity documents (CUI for commercial companies) of the parties, copies certified by the applicant on each page.

- ownership document of the asset which is the subject of the contract, copies certified by the applicant on each page.

4. The other 2 copies of the contract are retained and one is kept by each contracting party.

5. Checks are carried out by the relevant departments within the Pleșcuța Commune Town Hall and the contract is registered in a special register.

The completed application must be submitted legibly with the taxpayer's identification data, together with a copy of the valid identity document.

According to the Law, the urban planning certificate does not replace the building/demolition permit and does not grant the right to carry out construction works.
