This methodology establishes the way in which automatic recognition is carried out, within the Partium Christian University in Oradea, for the status of doctoral supervisor and/or habilitation obtained in accredited foreign higher education institutions.

The provisions of this methodology apply to Romanian citizens, citizens of member states of the European Union, the European Economic Area, the Swiss Confederation, and citizens from third countries, who have obtained the status of doctoral supervisor in accredited higher education institutions from member states of the European Union, the European Economic Area, the Swiss Confederation, and in prestigious universities from other countries included in the "List of prestigious universities from other countries," approved by OMECTS no. 5825/2016 and periodically updated.

This methodology establishes the procedure for automatic recognition, within the Partium Christian University of Oradea, of teaching positions obtained in accredited higher education institutions abroad.

The provisions of this methodology apply to Romanian citizens, citizens of member states of the European Union, the European Economic Area, the Swiss Confederation, and citizens of third countries who have obtained teaching positions in accredited higher education institutions in member states of the European Union, the European Economic Area, the Swiss Confederation, and in prestigious universities from other states included in the “List of prestigious universities from other states,” approved by OMECTS no. 5825/2016 and updated periodically.

This methodology establishes the procedure by which the recognition is carried out, within the Partium Christian University of Oradea, of the doctoral diploma and the title of doctor obtained abroad.

The provisions of this methodology apply to Romanian citizens, citizens from Member States of the European Union, the European Economic Area, the Swiss Confederation, and citizens of third countries, who have obtained the doctoral diploma and the title of doctor abroad in accredited higher education institutions from Member States of the European Union, the European Economic Area, the Swiss Confederation, and in prestigious universities from other countries included in the "List of prestigious universities from other countries," approved by OMECTS no. 5825/2016 and periodically updated.
