Until the 5th of each month, the town halls have the obligation to send, based on a cover sheet, the applications registered in the previous month, accompanied by the supporting documents, to the Bihor County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection. The town halls will upload the Cover Sheet and Applications with the supporting documents in the Required Documents section.

Until April 30, the town halls are required to submit the Centralized Situation regarding the beneficiaries of heating assistance for homes with solid or petroleum fuels to the Bihor County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection. The town halls will upload in the Required Documents section the List and Applications with the supporting documents.

The social benefits remaining uncollected by the deceased person with disabilities, representing the allowance and/or complementary personal budget for the month in which the death occurred, and where applicable, the social benefits due and unpaid until death, are paid to the surviving spouse, children, parents or, in their absence, to the other heirs, under the conditions of common law, upon their request. The amounts stipulated above may be requested at AJPIS Bihor by the heir within the general limitation period, based on the document certifying heir status, and in case there are several heirs, a declaration on their own responsibility that the other heirs do not request these amounts.

The town halls shall upload in the Necessary Documents section the Report and Applications with supporting documents.

Until July 31st, the town halls are obliged to submit the Situation regarding the holders of heating aid for homes with natural gas and the Register including the beneficiaries of the aid for heating homes with natural gas and its actual amount, to the Bihor County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection.

The town halls will upload in the Required documents section the centralized situation regarding the holders of heating aid for homes with natural gas and the Register including the beneficiaries of the aid for heating homes with natural gas and its actual amount, certified by the mayor, after receiving it from the natural gas supplier.

By July 31, city halls are required to submit the Report regarding the beneficiaries and the amount of aid for electricity, the List including the beneficiaries of aid for heating the home with electricity and the actual amount thereof, to the Bihor County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection.

City halls will upload in the Required Documents section the Report regarding the beneficiaries and the amount of aid for electricity and the List including the beneficiaries of aid for heating the home with electricity and the actual amount thereof, mayor's certificate, after receiving it from the electricity supplier.

Until July 31st, city halls are required to submit the Situation regarding the beneficiaries and the amount of support for thermal energy and the Register including the beneficiaries of thermal energy aid and its amount to the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection Bihor.

City halls will upload in the Required Documents section the Situation regarding the beneficiaries and the amount of support for thermal energy and the Register including the beneficiaries of thermal energy aid and its amount, certified by the mayor, after receiving it from the thermal energy provider.
