Available procedures
Social benefits remaining uncollected by the deceased person with disabilities, representing the indemnity and/or personal supplementary budget for the month in which the death occurred, and, where applicable, the social benefits due and unpaid until death, are paid to the surviving spouse, children, parents, or, in their absence, other heirs, under common law conditions, upon their request. The amounts provided above can be requested at the territorial agency for social payments and inspection by the heir, within the general limitation period, based on the document certifying heir status and, where there are multiple heirs, a statement on their own responsibility that the other heirs are not requesting these amounts.
*By April 30, municipalities are required to submit the Centralized Situation regarding the holders of home heating aid with solid or petroleum fuels to the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection.
The municipalities will upload the Statement and the Applications with supporting documents in the Required Documents section.
*By July 31, town halls are required to submit the Situation regarding the beneficiaries and the amount of aid for electricity, the List including the beneficiaries of aid for heating the home with electricity and the actual amount of this aid, to the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection.
The town halls will upload in the Required Documents section the Situation regarding the beneficiaries and the amount of aid for electricity and the List including the beneficiaries of aid for heating the home with electricity and the actual amount of this aid, certified by the mayor, after receiving it from the electricity supplier.
*By July 31, the city halls are required to submit the Situation regarding the beneficiaries and the amount of thermal energy aid, as well as the Centralized Summary Sheet including the beneficiaries of thermal energy aid and its amount, to the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection.
The city halls will upload in the Required Documents section the Situation regarding the beneficiaries and the amount of thermal energy aid and the Centralized Summary Sheet including the beneficiaries of thermal energy aid and its amount, certified by the mayor, after receiving it from the thermal energy supplier.
