Available procedures
This procedure establishes the method by which the Constantin Brancoveanu University of Pitesti automatically recognizes academic positions obtained in accredited university institutions abroad, as provided in the annex of OM 5922/15.12.2016.
*The “Constantin Brâncoveanu” University of Piteşti (UCB) recognizes the doctoral diploma and the title of Doctor of Science or in a professional field, obtained at:
(1) accredited institutions of higher education or research and development in a member state of the European Union, of the European Economic Area, and of the Swiss Confederation;
(2) accredited institutions of higher education or research and development included in the List of prestigious universities from other states, approved by order of the Minister of National Education and Scientific Research, periodically updated;
(3) accredited institutions of higher education or research and development that are subject to an international mutual recognition agreement, concluded at the intergovernmental or interuniversity level.
Through this procedure, the quality of PhD supervisor or habilitation obtained in an accredited higher education institution abroad listed in the List of prestigious universities from other countries, or in accredited higher education institutions subject to an international convention of mutual recognition concluded at intergovernmental or inter-university level, is recognized. It applies to citizens of a member state of the European Union, the European Economic Area, and the Swiss Confederation.
